The exterior façade details and budget estimates for this twin 38 story urban residential project were developed by Vision Systems for Harley Ellis Deveraux during the schematic design development phase. Scope included unitized curtain wall assemblies, air in-take/exhaust vents, operable windows and terrace doors as designed, manufactured, and installed by Vision Systems.
